Total Health Systems is looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative healthcare environment, providing high-quality care to patients seeking relief from stress, pain, and musculoskeletal issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care & Treatment:
✔️ Meet with patients to review their individual needs and medical history
✔️ Analyze areas of concern and recommend appropriate massage modalities
✔️ Utilize a variety of techniques to relieve stress and pain
✔️ Educate patients on self-care techniques and how Total Health Systems can support their wellness goals
️ Clinic Operations & Documentation:
✔️ Complete all required documentation accurately and timely
✔️ Familiarize yourself with clinic services, programs, and seminars for patient referrals
✔️ Manage and monitor your own schedule, ensuring smooth daily operations
✔️ Stay up to date with insurance coding, notes, and audits
✔️ Assist with laundry, room sanitation, and clinic tours for new clients
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday
Weekend availability required
Compensation & Benefits:
Supplemental Pay:
- Tips provided by patients
Qualifications:
Deep Tissue Massage Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Massage Therapy License
