 What You'll Do

• Process bi-weekly payroll for 400+ employees across multiple locations using ADP Workforce Now
• Ensure accuracy of employee timecards, pay rates, PTO, and deductions
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to onboard new hires and manage payroll changes
• Maintain payroll records in compliance with federal and state regulations
• Support year-end processes including W-2s and tax filings
• Respond promptly and professionally to payroll-related inquiries from employees and managers
• Assist in audits, reporting, corrections, and continuous process improvement projects

 What You Bring

• 4+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a multi-site or healthcare setting
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now is required
• Strong understanding of payroll laws, taxes, and compliance
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong Excel skills and general tech-savviness
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
