Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking a RN Labor & Delivery for a travel/contract position in Mount Clemens, MI. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.

Pay Rate: Range $2052 to $2376 weekly Gross pay based on a 36-hour work week (Includes non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Unit: L&D

Shifts available: Nights, Days 

Schedule: 36 hours/week guaranteed, 3 shifts per week, EOW, Possible Call

• RN Labor and Delivery experience: 2+ years - Required
  
• Labor, Delivery, Post Partum, -and Nursery Level I experience - Required 
  
• Travel/contract experience - Required  
  

Education, License and Certification Requirements:

• ASN or Equivalent - Required
  
• BSN - Preferred
  
• RN License for Michigan - Required
  
• BLS, ACLS from AHA  - Required
  
• AWHONN, NRP, STABLE - Required 
  

• Delivers quality nursing care through the utilization of the nursing process. 
  
• Assesses the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of the patient.
  
• Plans and implements nursing care according to patient and family needs.
  
• Makes appropriate interventions based upon individual patient needs.
  
• Evaluates patient responses to nursing interventions.
  
• Assumes personal responsibility for quality patient care, patient satisfaction, environment and professional development.
  
• Works collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to maintain standards for professional nursing practice. 
  
• Carries out functions according to hospital policy, the hospital mission, and standards of practice defined by professional and regulatory guidelines.
