We’re looking for a skilled Press Room Operator to join our fast-paced sheet metal prototyping team. If you have a passion for precision, take pride in your craftsmanship, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Operate and maintain press room equipment for prototype and short-run sheet metal parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency in all parts produced
- Perform setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting of machinery
- Work closely with engineering and quality teams to meet project deadlines
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in press operation and sheet metal fabrication (prototype experience a plus)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- Setting up 2 & 3 pc Dies
- The ability to Barber Tools
