SUMMARY: Safely and efficiently maintain building and grounds area adhering to all company polices and area procedures as described in the company’s QMS.
Qualifications
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cleans and inspect area using “Cleaning and inspection area” form.
- Removes trash and debris from receptacles and bins located throughout the Plant.
- Prepares empty baskets and scrap hoppers.
- Operates pallet jacks
- Checks and replaces filters for air handling system throughout the Plant.
- Spot and touch up paint in common areas and offices
- Performs general facilities maintenance
- Removes and transport full baskets from filling area to designated area.
- Lifts, pulls, pushes, pries and drags heavy materials into position during the shift.
- Carries metal strips for appropriate placement in bins.
- Performs activities and operates equipment following safety and environmental regulations.
- Responsible for maintaining the area clean and organized.
