Mike Keith Insurance is seeking an experienced Account Manager to support our individual Life & Health department. The ideal candidate should be a professional and goal-oriented team player with excellent interpersonal, time-management, and communication skills. A minimum of two years of previous experience selling Medicare and Affordable Care Act products is required, as well as an existing Life & Health license for the state of Missouri. This role will involve virtual, phone and in-person appointments with clients as well as the clerical functions related to maintaining and individual life & health book of business.
Mike Keith Insurance is willing to consider applicants for a full-time position as well as a seasonal position during the open enrollment period. This position would have the flexibility between our Clinton and Warrensburg locations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Assist other team members with servicing and administration.
- Responds to client inquiries, documents communications, issues, and resolution.
- Ensure essential tasks are completed for the client at appropriate times in the service cycle.
- Maintain excellent carrier relationships to provide client advocacy at appropriate times.
- Resolve client issues with a sense of urgency to avoid disruptions in client service and/or coverage.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Intermediate to advanced skills in navigating Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Minimum 2 years of experience selling Medicare and Affordable Care Act products.
- Team player who takes initiative and is self-motivated for continuous learning and development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve challenges effectively.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact well with diverse personalities.
- Able to operate independently with minimal supervisor intervention.
- Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with a detail-focused approach.
- Ability to complete continuing education requirements as needed.
- Ability to efficiently organize work and manage time to meet deadlines.
