Responsibilities 

• Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answers their questions, and directs them to the appropriate person or location
• Determines if customers coming into service have an appointment. Records customer’s name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage
  
• Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc.
• Controls service traffic flow and parking.
  
• Assists service advisors when needed
  
• Clean and wash customer cars and loaner fleet
• Adhere to all customer service processes
• Gas vehicles as needed
  
• Maintain & clean the car wash bay and service shop

Qualifications

• Self motivated
• Fast mover & Multi-tasker
• Punctual 
• Professional conduct and appearance 
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
• Must have clean & valid driver's license
