Your Role:
As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, embodying our values and vision. You will take charge of the entire store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, nurturing team relationships, and maximizing profitability. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of 10-12 dedicated sales associates, guiding them to achieve their best.
- Conduct interviews, hire, and train new team members who are eager to contribute.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and employees.
- Ensure that our store's appearance aligns with our high company standards.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations governing store operations.
- Manage daily operations including paperwork, bank deposits, inventory counts, cash audits, invoice processing, and scheduling.
- Analyze local competitor pricing to keep our offerings competitive.
Qualifications:
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with an infectious enthusiasm.
- Trustworthy and professional demeanor.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and stay organized.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds as needed and standing for extended periods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
