This is a clinical role with real responsibility. You’ll know your residents, you’ll own your assignment, and you’ll be a key part of what keeps the unit running well.     Why Katherine Luther: Non-profit, faith-based facility where the mission is real, not a marketing line A team that’s been around long enough to actually know each other Residents who are long-term, which means you build real relationships   What you’ll do: Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate with the RN and care team Complete nursing assessments and maintain accurate documentation Assist with wound care, catheter care, and other clinical procedures Supervise and support CNAs on your assignment Participate in care planning and family communication as needed QualificationsWhat we’re looking for: Current NYS LPN license in good standing Long-term care experience preferred, though we welcome strong candidates from other settings Comfortable taking ownership of an assignment and following through Someone who communicates well with residents, families, and teammates Someone who is calm under pressure and reliable
