We’re looking for someone who can step into that and keep it going.
You’ll be working directly with customers, helping them understand what their vehicle needs, and keeping everything moving between them and the technicians. A big part of the job is communication - making sure people feel informed and confident in what they’re doing.
You should be comfortable making recommendations and explaining them in a way that makes sense. The goal is to take care of people and help them make good decisions, not just write up tickets.

What you’ll be doing:
- Working with customers from the time they arrive through pick-upÂ
- Keeping communication clear between customers and techniciansÂ
- Staying organized so nothing gets missedÂ
- Following up so customers always know what’s going onÂ
- Making thoughtful service recommendationsÂ

Compensation:
$50,000 – $85,000+ based on performance. Top performers land toward the higher end of that range.
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Experience as a service advisor or in a customer-facing roleÂ
- Someone who communicates well and stays organizedÂ
- Basic understanding of vehiclesÂ
- Comfortable using computers and shop systems
