The Role

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead daily warehouse operations while ensuring accurate material control, regulatory compliance, and efficient product flow throughout the facility. This role is responsible for overseeing inventory, logistics, and team performance while partnering cross-functionally with Production, Planning, and Customer Service.

You will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence, supporting uninterrupted production, and driving continuous improvement within a cGMP-regulated environment.

What You’ll Do

Warehouse Operations Management
•    Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and material handling
•    Oversee workflow, productivity, and operational output to drive efficiency
•    Assign tasks, set expectations, and ensure timely completion of team deliverables
•    Collaborate cross-functionally to support production and customer requirements

Inventory Management
•    Maintain accurate inventory within electronic inventory systems
•    Monitor inventory transactions and investigate discrepancies
•    Conduct cycle counts and ensure inventory integrity
•    Optimize inventory levels and material flow to meet operational demands

Receiving & Shipping Oversight
•    Oversee receipt, storage, and distribution of materials in compliance with cGMP standards
•    Coordinate shipments, logistics, and courier services
•    Review shipping and receiving documentation for accuracy and compliance
•    Ensure timely and complete delivery while resolving material flow issues

Data & Reporting
•    Analyze warehouse data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
•    Support investigations related to inventory or operational issues
•    Implement data-driven corrective actions to improve performance

Team Leadership, Safety & Compliance
•    Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members
•    Create schedules, conduct training, and provide performance feedback
•    Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to safety standards
•    Ensure compliance with cGMP requirements and customer specifications

What We’re Looking For

•    High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
•    2–5 years of warehouse experience required; 5–8 years preferred in a regulated environment
•    At least 1 year of working in a cGMP environment required
•    Experience with inventory systems, material handling, and warehouse operations
•    Familiarity with CAPA, investigations, and batch record processes preferred
•    Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or 5S principles is a plus
•    Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
•    Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
