Production Supervisor

Schreiber Foods is seeking multiple Production Supervisors across our manufacturing plants in the U.S. The role involves guiding a diverse team of partners in a food manufacturing setting, participating in Production Leader training, and focusing on leadership, manufacturing operations, and regulatory & customer compliance. Responsibilities include engaging the team with communication and feedback, coaching to maximize efficiencies and achieve production goals, overseeing processes and training, supporting diversity and inclusion, daily problem solving for waste and cost reduction, participating in capital improvement projects, resolving production roadblocks, collaborating on customer compliance efforts, knowledge of government regulations, representing the plant in audits, and establishing standard operating procedures. The position requires working nights and weekends with potential to move to days. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in dairy, food science, agriculture, business, or related field preferred, or a high school diploma/GED with 3-5 years leadership or manufacturing experience. Strong communication, proactive attitude, collaboration skills, and physical ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, and bend are required. The interview process includes a video/written interview, recruiter review, and onsite interview with plant leadership.
