Opportunity Overview

We are expanding our remote team and seeking personable, organized individuals who enjoy guiding customers, finding solutions, and creating positive experiences. As a Customer Journey Consultant, you will support travelers throughout the different stages of planning their vacation, helping them explore possibilities, organize important details, and stay informed as their trip approaches.

This opportunity is open to individuals with a variety of professional backgrounds. Previous travel industry experience is not necessary. Training and ongoing development are provided, making this a great option for motivated individuals interested in customer service, hospitality, travel, or flexible remote work.

What You'll Do

  • Build rapport with clients and learn about their vacation interests, priorities, preferred dates, and spending range
  • Help travelers explore destinations and identify experiences that match their individual preferences
  • Research accommodations, resort stays, cruises, transportation, tours, activities, and other vacation services
  • Explain available travel choices and help clients confidently evaluate their options
  • Coordinate selected travel components through authorized supplier and reservation platforms
  • Organize trip information and provide clients with clear confirmations, schedules, and itinerary details
  • Maintain communication throughout the planning process so clients understand upcoming steps and important deadlines
  • Respond to routine questions and assist with changes, adjustments, cancellations, or special requests
  • Follow up on incomplete arrangements and help keep upcoming travel plans moving forward
  • Review traveler information and reservation details for accuracy
  • Document client conversations, preferences, requests, and travel arrangements within company systems
  • Provide professional support leading up to departure and help address planning-related concerns
  • Develop your travel knowledge through virtual training, supplier education, and destination learning
