This is an entry-level position—no prior experience required. In this role, you will assist with basic fabrication tasks and support team members in building high-quality fire trucks and equipment. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily production tasks Sort and move materials as needed Operate basic hand and power tools Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety procedures and company guidelines Support team members to meet production goals Qualifications No experience required – we will train Willingness to learn and take direction Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work in a team environment Basic mechanical interest is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Lift up to 50 lbs daily Perform repetitive motions (lifting, bending, reaching) Why Join Seagrave?
