BILINGUAL (English-Spanish) Full Time Paralegal/legal assistant

The Law Offices of Anthony A. Fatemi, LLC is looking to hire a full-time legal assistant/paralegal to assist the firm in handling Immigration, Personal Injury, Criminal, and Family Law cases.
Answering phones, reporting and analyzing clients’ information and needs, and conducting paralegal and general office duties. Candidates must have a paralegal certificate.
Candidates ideally must have 3-5 years’ law office experience. Proficiency in the Spanish language is a must. Candidates must also have excellent client communication skills, the ability to work as a team player, and to pay attention to detail.
Finally, candidates must be technology savvy and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. We offer the best salary in the area.
