As a Recruitment Assistant at Rock Creek Foundation, you'll be at the heart of our mission to attract and hire talented individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Recruitment Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition team throughout the recruitment lifecycle. This role offers hands-on experience in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining applicant tracking systems, supporting onboarding activities, and participating in employer branding initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.

Must possess a valid driver’s license with no more than 3 points and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.
Must have proof of car insurance.
Currently pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Or a related field
Minimum of 2 years work experience in any people facing role.
Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred.
Interest in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Professional and customer-service-oriented demeanor.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn HR systems.
