About the Role:

Blaine Restoration LLC is looking for a motivated and hardworking Install Helper to join our growing team in Silver Spring, MD. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of the window and door industry, learn hands-on skills, and build a rewarding career alongside experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:

Assist lead installers with restoration and installation projects on residential and light commercial job sites
Prepare work areas by clearing work areas, laying protective coverings, and staging materials
Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites
Support the crew with repairs or replacement of windows and doors and tasks as directed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout the project
Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines on every job
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:

No prior experience required — willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are a must
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50+ lbs and standing for extended periods
Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the Silver Spring, MD area
Punctual, dependable, and able to follow directions from lead installers
Basic knowledge of hand tools and construction equipment is a plus
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Valid driver's license preferred
