About the Role:

Safe Splash Swim School in Montgomery Village, MD is looking for a friendly and energetic Front Desk Representative to be the welcoming face of our school! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a passionate team dedicated to teaching water safety and swimming skills to students of all ages. If you love working with people and thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in students, parents, and guests with a warm and professional demeanor
Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about swim lessons and programs
Process enrollments, schedule swim lessons, and manage class rosters
Handle customer payments, process transactions, and maintain accurate records
Address customer concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
Support swim school staff with administrative tasks and daily operations as needed

Requirements:

Previous customer service, front desk, or receptionist experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, can-do attitude
Comfortable working with scheduling software, point-of-sale systems, and basic computer programs
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy, customer-facing environment
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Enthusiasm for working with children and families is a must
Sales experience required
Must speak Spanish
