Summary

The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will assist with marketing and sourcing top talent for PGS. This role will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialists and Manager to develop and execute marketing plans based on specific provider types and regions. This position will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.


This position is Remote but residence in MD, VA, DC, or PA is required.

Essential Duties

  • Screen resumes, applications, and licensure to assess initial fit.
  • Schedule interviews on behalf of Talent Acquisition team members and hiring managers.
  • Source qualified candidates through a variety of channels including but not limited to job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals for current and future job opportunities.
  • Proficiently utilize the Applicant Tracking System (Zoho) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) related to recruiting.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity to ensure a fair and inclusive hiring process.
  • Introduce new creative ideas to encourage growth for the team.
  • Occasional travel for recruiting related events may be required.
  • Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements


  • 1+ years of experience in a relevant field required. Relevant experience to be considered includes but is not limited to customer service, data entry, and/or healthcare administration.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a customer-facing environment.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision.
  • Proficient in utilizing ATS tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
