Front Dest/Guest Services Associate

Two Capes Lookout is looking for a friendly, dependable, and service-minded Front Desk / Guest Services Associate to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, creating a welcoming guest experience, and being part of a small hospitality team. We’re open to full-time or part-time applicants and can offer some flexibility with scheduling for the right person.

• Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional first impression
• Assist with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest questions
• Communicate with guests by phone, email, and in person
• Help resolve guest requests and concerns with a positive, solutions-oriented approach
• Provide information about the property and surrounding area
• Complete general front desk and administrative tasks
• Use computers and basic hospitality/property management software
• Communicate effectively with other members of the team to ensure a smooth guest experience
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area

We're looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, personable, and genuinely enjoys helping people
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
• Comfortable interacting with guests in a professional and welcoming manner
• Experienced in hospitality, lodging, customer service, or a similar service-oriented environment
• Comfortable with general computer skills, including email, web-based systems, and basic office tasks
• A good communicator with strong attention to detail
• Able to stay organized and calm when things get busy
• Flexible and willing to pitch in wherever needed

Hospitality or front desk experience is preferred, but we're also interested in candidates with strong customer service experience and the right attitude.
