America’s Kids In Motion is the valley’s premier children's multi-sport facility, catering to swimming, gymnastics, dance, ninja, academic preschool, music, summer camps, and birthday parties. We are seeking to fill the position of an experienced Competitive Gymnastics Coach with a strong background in the USA Gymnastics Development Program (DP) and/or the Xcel Program. The ideal candidate has experience coaching competitive team athletes, developing routines, teaching proper technique, and preparing gymnasts for successful competition seasons. They are passionate about athlete development and understand how to build confidence while helping athletes reach their full potential. The ideal candidate will: Have experience coaching tumbling from beginner through advanced levels. (2-3 years preferred) Teach proper technique, body awareness, and safe skill progression. Foster a positive, encouraging, and motivating training environment. Prioritize athlete safety while building confidence and strong fundamentals. Hold a current safety certification (preferred) or be willing to obtain one upon hire. Work collaboratively with fellow coaches and communicate effectively with athletes and families.
