Pay Scale: Hourly rate ranges between $16.90 - $18.00.
Position Summary
The Service Driver plays an important role in creating a positive customer experience by safely picking up and delivering customer vehicles between their home or workplace and the dealership.
What You’ll Do
- Pick up and deliver customer vehicles from homes or workplacesÂ
- Drive safely and follow all traffic lawsÂ
- Maintain an efficient and timely route scheduleÂ
- Communicate with the dealership regarding delays or issuesÂ
- Track trips and customer information using a mobile appÂ
- Monitor vehicle condition and report maintenance needsÂ
- Maintain a clean, professional appearanceÂ
- Support the service team with additional tasks as neededÂ
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s licenseÂ
- Customer service experience preferredÂ
- Positive attitude and professional demeanorÂ
- Strong communication and listening skillsÂ
- Ability to follow dealership policies and proceduresÂ
- Dependable and detail-orientedÂ
