As Manager in the Labor & Delivery department at Clovis Community, you'll join a close-knit team within a 16-bed unit known for its welcoming and supportive environment. You’ll develop a top performing team and inspire them toward achieving defined results. Recognizing the contributions of those who go above and beyond energizes you. You identify as an agent of change, committed to helping drive improvement outcomes and standing by decisions in the interest of Community; the popular and the unpopular. - High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED) or Completion of a CMC Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate requiredÂ
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing requiredÂ
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) OR other healthcare-related Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in the service area and leadership ability requiredÂ
- 3 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting requiredÂ
- Previous leadership experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting required
- BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) requiredÂ
- RN - Current State of California Registered Nurse license requiredÂ
