● Call: Required - Call rotation is 1:4

● Job Type: Full-Time / Direct Hire

● Case Types: General, Orthopedic, Endo/GI, Urology, ENT, Podiatry, occasional healthy Pediatrics and Spine. No heads. 

● Special Requirements: Regional anesthesia proficiency is highly preferred, but the facility is willing to train

● Staffing Grid: Daily staffing consists of 4 CRNAs and 1 MD 

Job Summary: 
We’re seeking a service-driven CRNA to join our collaborative team in Lake Jackson, TX. This independent 1099 opportunity offers excellent pay, a manageable call schedule, and a supportive work environment ideal for both experienced CRNAs and new grads.

● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).

● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Texas. (Currently, or willing to obtain)

● Minimum of 0-1 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in various anesthesia cases.

● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

● Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care. 

● BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
