Position SummaryÂ
The Dining Room server position at Crazy Mountain Ranch is responsible for providing an exceptional F&B experience for our guests throughout their stay, while ensuring all their needs are met to the highest industry standard. Â The Dining Room server will also be responsible for daily side work and cleaning duties as assigned.Â
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional F&B service to our guests.
- Adhere to all Food Safety policies and procedures.
- Serving and clearing food and beverages for both ala carte and buffets.
- Cleaning and side work duties as assigned.
- Set-up and break-down of function areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of all function areas.
- Engage with guests to ensure all their needs are communicated and met.

Experience
- Previous Food and Beverage experience preferred, but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift overhead up to 20 lbs.
- Able to carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work while standing or walking for up to 8 hours
- Manual dexterity with repetitive movement
- Able to work while standing, sitting, kneeling, squatting, or bending forward.
