Receiving Clerk -3rd Shift

Position Summary: 

Responsible for the daily/weekly maintaining of pallet tracking (where applicable), audit of driver logs and trip reports, log and driver file DOT requirements tracking. Liaison for internal customer support. Track all return goods as directed by the customer for close out of returns from the private fleet.

 

Work Schedule: Sunday -Thursday 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

 

Compensation: $20.82 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential totaling $21.82 per hour

 

$1500 retention bonus after 120 days

 

Major Responsibilities: 

• maintaining database and miscellaneous reporting

• Process freight bills and packing slips

• Auditing 

• Involve Safety team as required by location

• Prioritize workload and have flexibility to adjust based on position requirements

• Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential

• Other projects and tasks assigned by supervisor
