Job DetailsJob Location: INDIO, CA 92201Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $24.00 - $24.00 HourlyJob Category: TrainingHeimark Distributing LLC is seeking a self-motivated and hard-working Merchandiser to work with our merchandising department. As a CSR Merchandiser, you will be responsible to work in local stores to keep our products stocked on the shelves and properly rotated. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining product in the storage room and on the sales floor.   This is a full-time position. The hours of work are normally 5:30 am to 2:00 pm. Workweek is Saturday - Wednesday. Delivery using company vehicle.   Area: Delivery to various remote areas Blythe, Needles and other surrounding areas.   Responsibilities The position is responsible for the following job functions: Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned retail accounts Rotate and organize product at each assigned account Use equipment to transport products (U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.) Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts Keep back-room stock organized and rotated Assist Delivery Driver with unloading products at customers sites. Meet Delivery Driver at various accounts to place delivered products in the backrooms of our retailers. Ability to effectively communicate with managers, coworkers, and retailers Ability to operate under minimal supervision Develop good relationships with customers Work safe and smart at all times     Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401 k Retirement Plan and Paid Time Off, Mileage reimbursement if driving own vehicle. Pay Rate: $ 24.00 per hour QualificationsRequirements Must be at least 18 years of age Residence in area of work preferred Previous experience in merchandising retail accounts preferred High school diploma or GED Equivalent Accountable to follow all laws and regulations Flexible with start times and work assignments Clean driving record and valid driver’s license Ability to work independently without direct supervision Strong customer service skills Ability to use a smartphone Ability to move products weighing up to 165 lbs. as well as hang merchandise and be able to fulfill other physical requirements including: Repetitive lifting (up to 50 lbs overhead), bending, pulling/pushing (Push/pull up to 340 pounds on a two-wheeler) Must pass a post-offer background and drug screen
