We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead the day-to-day operations at Freedom Village at Brandywine located in Coatesville, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by creating a culture of excellence, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring residents receive the highest quality of care and service. As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing a 50 bed, 5 star-rated Health Center.Â

What You’ll Do: Â
- Develop and maintain a culture focused on resident-centered care, hospitality, service excellence, and employee engagementÂ
- Lead, coach, and develop leaders and employees to achieve operational and quality goalsÂ
- Partner with the Director of Nursing and clinical leadership to promote quality outcomes and exceptional resident careÂ
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, licensing requirements, and company policiesÂ
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, retention, and workforce planning in partnership with community leadership
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall community performanceÂ
- Serve as a visible and engaged leader within the community & local marketÂ

What We’re Looking For:Â
- Current Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of PAÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field preferredÂ
- Previous leadership experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, senior living, or related healthcare environmentÂ
- Strong financial, operational, organizational, and problem-solving skillsÂ
