What You Will Do
Coordinate and schedule client meetings for OEM, dealer group, and Tier 1 / Tier 2 automotive clients, including confirming availability, preparing agendas, and distributing materials in advance
Take clear, detailed notes during meetings and provide timely recaps with action items for internal and client stakeholders
Assist in gathering business, campaign, and project requirements across national (OEM) and regional/local (Tier 2 / dealer group) initiatives
Participate in internal and external ideation and brainstorming sessions focused on automotive marketing programs, dealer engagement, and campaign execution
Partner with Project Management to support on-time and on-budget delivery of automotive marketing projects
Support the creation, ownership, and maintenance of project briefs for new OEM, Tier 1, and Tier 2 programs
Gather creative assets, dealer inputs, approvals, and feedback from clients and internal stakeholders and route materials to the appropriate internal teams
Review content, design, and development deliverables to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, dealer requirements, and campaign objectives
Maintain organization of client documentation and assets across shared repositories (e.g., SharePoint), ensuring accuracy and accessibility
Proactively follow up with clients on campaign milestones, dealer deadlines, and deliverables
Support day-to-day client communications and assist senior team members with issue resolution or escalations related to dealer execution or campaign delivery
Help maintain a clear understanding of OEM and dealer priorities and communicate updates internally to guide execution
Participate in weekly or bi-weekly client status meetings with OEM, dealer group, or Tier 1 partners
Develop a working understanding of Ansira’s agency capabilities and how teams collaborate to support automotive clients
Build foundational knowledge of the client’s business, dealer network structure, and how Ansira’s work impacts dealer performance and campaign success
Assist with budget tracking, billing support, and accounts receivable processes for automotive accounts under the guidance of senior team members
Flag risks, dealer issues, or campaign concerns to the Client Partnership Lead and subject matter experts to support timely resolution
Background and Experience
1–3 years of experience in a client support, account coordination, or agency environment; experience supporting automotive clients (OEM, dealer groups, Tier 1 or Tier 2 programs) is a strong plus
Prior exposure to automotive advertising or marketing, including digital, email, CRM, or dealer-focused programs, is highly preferred
Understanding of marketing and advertising fundamentals, ideally within an automotive or multi-location environment
Comfortable working with digital platforms, marketing technology, and data-driven programs
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneDrive)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities
Adaptable, solutions-oriented, and able to pivot quickly in a fast-paced automotive agency environment
Ability to manage deadlines and remain composed under short turnaround timelines
Professional presence with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with clients, dealer partners, and internal teams at all levels
Bachelor’s degree preferred
