What You'll Do:
- Provide hands-on nursing care in accordance with scope of practiceÂ
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members during rounds and care planningÂ
- Coordinate care and communicate changes to residents' families and team membersÂ
- Administer medications and treatments, and monitor for effectivenessÂ
- Review and implement physician orders; assist in emergencies, including CPRÂ
- Document all care accurately and timely in the medical recordÂ
- Complete admission documentation and assist in discharge planningÂ
- Ensure safe, clean, and well-stocked medication and treatment cartsÂ
- Participate in medication management and pharmacy communicationsÂ
- Follow up on consultant visits and implement recommendationsÂ
- Supervise Medication Aides/Techs during medication administration, as appropriateÂ
- Support audits and assist with quality improvement effortsÂ
What You'll Bring:
- Current RN or LPN license in good standingÂ

Requirements
Qualifications
Education
Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing or LPN Program
Licenses/Certification
Current RN or LPN Licensure in the State employed.
Valid CPR Certification.
Experience
Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
