As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven and experienced Superintendent to join our team and help manage the day-to-day construction activities of our projects.

Position Summary

The Superintendent plays a key role in leading onsite construction efforts, coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, and maintaining quality and safety standards. This position is responsible for ensuring that work within their assigned scope is completed on time, within budget, and to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage work activities within assigned construction phases depending on role assignment.
  • Maintain construction schedules and update project timelines using construction management software.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and all local, state, and federal building codes.
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, material deliveries, and inspections.
  • Assist with ordering necessary tools, supplies, and materials.
  • Maintain quality control and safety standards across the jobsite.
  • Communicate and collaborate with other superintendents.
  • Submit required documentation including QA reports, inspection logs, and punch lists.
  • Respond to and resolve project delays, emergencies, and unforeseen issues.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Developing leadership and strong communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Able to interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software.
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality construction standards.
  • Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure. 

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or certification in Construction Management, Construction Science, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 1 year construction supervision experience required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to walk and navigate active construction sites in all weather conditions.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
