LaRiviere Inc is looking for an experienced Field Service Technician to work in the field, traveling to job site locations to provide service, maintenance and installation. You will be required to use technical skills to troubleshoot issues when they arise to keep the company's equipment functioning properly. You will ensure the equipment is installed and working properly, prior to leaving the job site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues on-site for various machinery and equipment.
- Performing routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failures.
- Operating diagnostic equipment to identify equipment problems.
- Maintaining detailed records of services performed and parts used.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Managing inventory of tools and spare parts needed for field repairs.
- Maintaining all tools and equipment used during service calls.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Written and verbal communication skills to understand issues employees have and to be able to explain technical information to fellow employees in clear terms
- Problem-solving skills to diagnose problems with malfunctioning equipment
- Time-management skills to handle work load efficiently and stay on schedule
- Attention to detail to spot issues and complete accurate reports about the repairs
- Organizational skills to keep tools and paperwork organized while in the field
- Computer and technical skills to understand the equipment fully
This is a full time position with overtime.

Experience:
- Mechanical knowledge: 3 years (Preferred)
REQUIRED - License/Certification:
- CDL Driver's License Class A or Class B
