What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and limitations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Supervise and collaborate with COTAs and Rehab Aides.
  • Document progress and communicate effectively with patients and families.
  • Support compliance with MDS procedures and care planning.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented rehab environment.

Requirements

Education:

Must have graduated from an accredited school of occupational therapy.


Licenses/Certification:

Current state license as an Occupational Therapist.

Current CPR certification.


Experience:

Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
