What You'll Do

As the Nurse Manager, you will provide operational and clinical leadership for an assigned resident care area while ensuring high-quality, safe, and compassionate care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, coach, and develop nursing and nursing support staff.

  • Coordinate daily clinical operations and ensure appropriate staffing and resource utilization.

  • Monitor resident care quality, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.

  • Foster positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Support employee engagement, professional development, and performance management.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational policies and regulations.

  • Champion a culture of resident-centered care, accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.

Qualifications

Required

  • Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license.

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

  • Associate’s degree in nursing

  • Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience.

  • Minimum of one (1) year of leadership, supervisory, or management experience.

  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred

  • Three (3) or more years of leadership experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, memory care, or rehabilitation services.

  • Experience managing quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and workforce development initiatives.

  • Demonstrated success in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.

Compensation

Salary Range: $98,800 - $148,200 annually

Compensation is based on experience, education, skills, and internal equity. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) are compensated within the stated salary range. Compensation may vary based on geographic location and other job-related factors.
