Full Time Colleague Success Coach

What you will do:

The Colleague Success Coach primarily responsible for assisting colleagues across the Continuing Care Network with a wide range of personal needs (housing, food insecurity, accessing government programs, transportation, childcare, domestic violence, etc.) with a goal of enabling colleagues to improve attendance and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively promotes the program to new hires and existing colleagues utilizing a variety of approaches (attends new hire orientations, posts flyers, rounds on-site at each location, emails information, etc.).

  • Travels to multiple affiliate sites to meet with colleagues in need in person, round to increase awareness of the program, and to assist with other initiatives.

  • Accessible and responsive to colleagues to problem-solve and assist with barriers encountered as they follow through on guidance provided.

  • Connects colleagues with a wide range of resources.

  • Flexes schedule, when available, to connect with colleagues working evening, nights, weekends.

  • Works closely with the Continuing Care Network Colleague Career Coaches to assist colleagues with short-term and long-term career goals.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Human Services, or related field required.

  • ​Experience in social work, case management or related field preferred

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Compassionate, team oriented, resident focused

  • Senior living experience a plus

Pay Range: $23.40 - $33.69

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
