- You are a compassionate and reliable individual.

- Vermont Nursing Assistant license.
- Previous homecare or facility care desired.
- Ability to converse clearly and comfortably with clients who are elderly, ill and/or incapacitated, and to explain/teach basic skills.
- Keen observation skills and the ability to report effectively.
- Deal calmly and efficiently with emergency situations if necessary.

In the Community:
- Adult Home Health - Day Shift, Full Time 37.5 Hours: 7:30a-3:30p
McClure Miller Respite House:
- Day Shift, Full Time 40 Hours: 7a-3:30p
- Day Shift, Part Time 24 Hours: 7a-3:30p Sat, Sun, & Mon
- Evening Shift, 32 Hours: 3p-11:30p Wed – Sat
- Evening Shift, Part Time 24 Hours: 3p-11:30p Mon, Fri, Sun
- Per Diem, Variable 8 Hours: Must Schedule 2 Shifts a Month and 2 Holidays a year
