About the role:

As the Flint Valley Program Director you will be a leading force in driving forward our mission (to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ and equip believers for ministry) through our programming. You will oversee a dynamic and gifted team of Program Managers to carry out program strategy to see lives changed and to develop the next generation of Christlike leaders. You will also be a part of the Flint Valley Leadership Team helping to lead and shape the future, and staff culture, of New Life Ranch - Flint Valley.


About you:

  • You confidently manage and coach direct reports in their work and professional/faith development.
  • You take initiative in your work.
  • You can plan strategically and long term (3-5 year scope).
  • You exhibit Christlike character and professionalism through all of your interactions, including consistent, timely communication both internally and externally.
  • You are hungry for and open to feedback, and will seek it out from leadership, colleagues, parents, groups, summer staff, and key stakeholders.
  • You willingly engage in necessary conflict and deal with it gracefully, directly, and in a timely manner, seeking to understand first.
  • You communicate often and for clarity with those whom you collaborate with and supervise.
