About the Role:
Rainbow International Of Cincinnati is looking for a hardworking and dependable General Laborer to join our property restoration team in Cold Spring, KY. This is a hands-on role where you'll make a real difference by helping homeowners and businesses recover from damage and get back on their feet. Responsibilities:
- Assist with water, fire, and storm damage restoration projects at residential and commercial properties
- Perform debris removal, demolition, and site cleanup as directed by crew leads
- Set up and operate drying equipment, dehumidifiers, and air movers
- Support mold remediation and structural drying processes
- Load and unload equipment, materials, and supplies from company vehicles
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines on all job sites
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members on-site
Requirements:
- No prior restoration experience required — on-the-job training provided
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Comfortable working in varying conditions including wet, dusty, or confined spaces
- IICRC certification or restoration experience is a plus but not required
