This role ensures jobs are completed efficiently, teams are supported and held accountable, and customers receive a best-in-class experience. You’ll work closely with technicians, sales advisors, and leadership to drive revenue, improve processes, and develop your team. If you’re ready to lead, grow, and make an impact, apply today and take the next step in your career with Jolly.  QualificationsKey Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop drains and sewer install teams Oversee scheduling, workflow, and job execution Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction on all jobs Monitor performance metrics, KPIs, and revenue goals Support technicians in the field when needed Partner with sales team to ensure accurate scopes and estimates Identify training opportunities and skill gaps Maintain safety standards and compliance Drive a culture of accountability, communication, and continuous improvement What We’re Looking For Proven leadership experience in home services (plumbing, drains, or sewer preferred) Strong understanding of sewer and drain systems and install processes Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities Results-driven mindset with a focus on growth and performance Excellent communication and problem-solving skills High integrity and professionalism Organized with strong follow-through Comfortable in both field and office environments
