Compensation:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â $65,000 - $80,000 per hour depending on experience

SummaryÂ
This position is responsible for providing direction and leadership to the shift leads to ensure the most efficient and timely response to all requests from production and other departments of the company. Assist Warehouse Manager on special projects as needed.

What You Will Be DoingÂ
Â
- Work with employees on a daily basis to solve problems and create opportunities for success including documenting SOP’s and/or Best Practices.
- Monitor/Review/Coach implementation of daily productivity improvements to ensure corporate goals are met. Conduct training of distribution clerks as well as inventory control proceedures and ensure policies are being followed.
- Responsible ofr the efficient receiving, storage and distribution of all supplies, products and raw materials.Â
- Assist in set up and control of FIFO Inventory System to ensure uninterrupted flow of product and materials to the various departments of the company as requested.
- Recommends personnel actions, such as hiring, performance evaluations, promotions, and disciplinary measures to department head. Staying up to date on employe 30-60-90 and annual reviews.
- Performs all other duties as assigned or required by the manager.
- Adhere to and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices as outlined in Employee Handbook.
- Adhere to and comply with quality production and Food Safety.
What You Need to Bring
Minimum Qualifications:Â
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret formulas and procedures
- Regular use of computer, writing, and filing required
- Knowledge working in Outlook, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and use of customer portals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records with math and science skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP or other inventory management systems
- Experience with GMP and/or HACCP regulations
- 1-2 years’ experience in a Warehousing/transportation is preferred but not required.Â
- Forklift certification
Job SettingÂ
This role is based in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Employees will experience varying physical demands throughout the day, including standing for extended periods, walking on occasionally slippery floors, and handling equipment or materials.Â
Due to the nature of the facility, temperatures may fluctuate based on outside weather conditions including heat and cold.Â
The work environment can be loud, and hearing protection (ear plugs) is required. Additionally, to ensure safety and hygiene, employees must wear hairnets and refrain from wearing jewelry while on the production floor.
Alcohol is an ingredient in products we produce. We are unable to guarantee specific positions, work schedules or work environments that do not include working around alcohol.Â
Physical Requirements
- Lift and/or move up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Regular bending, stooping and lifting up to 60lbs.
- Extended standing on hard surfaces.Â
- Vision required: distance, close, color, peripheral and depth perception
- Frequently required to stand, talk or hear, use hands to finger, feel and reach with hands and arms.Â
- Occasionally required to sit, walk, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl.Â
- Occasionally exposed to working on elevated platforms, confined spaces, with fumes or airborne particles and/or toxic/caustic chemicals, and his pressure steam.Â
- Works in office setting, and spends time in the production/warehouse environment.
- Frequently exposed to working near mechanical parts and exposed to vibration.Â
