Job DetailsJob Location: Ackerman Nolan - Colfax, WA 99111Position Type: Part TimeSalary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 Hourly  Now Hiring: HVAC Duct Cleaner Location: Colfax, WA Job Type: Part-Time Pay: $18 - $22/hour (based on experience) Job Overview Ackerman-Nolan Heating, Air Conditioning & Duct Cleaning is looking for a dependable and motivated HVAC Duct Cleaner to join our growing team in Colfax, WA. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help improve indoor air quality for homes and businesses by cleaning and maintaining HVAC duct systems. If you enjoy physical work, problem-solving, and providing great customer service, we’d love to hear from you! Responsibilities Clean air ducts, vents, and HVAC systems using specialized equipment Inspect ductwork for dust, debris, mold, and other contaminants Remove buildup to improve air quality and system efficiency Operate vacuum systems, brushes, and air tools Maintain tools and equipment in good working order Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Communicate clearly with customers and team members Document completed work and report any issues Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred HVAC or duct cleaning experience is a plus (training provided) Valid driver’s license Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and tight areas Strong attention to detail and work ethic Good communication and customer service skills What We Offer On-the-job training Advancement opportunities within the company Friendly, team-oriented work environment QualificationsCompetencies    This position requires strong time management skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
