 District Photo is seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations across our manufacturing facilities in Beltsville, MD, Louisville, KY, and Phoenix, AZ.
 What You'll Do
- Lead warehouse operations across three manufacturing facilitiesÂ
- Develop warehouse supervisors and leadership teamsÂ
- Improve inventory accuracy and warehouse performanceÂ
- Standardize processes across all facilitiesÂ
- Serve as the business leader for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central warehouse processesÂ
- Drive warehouse KPIs, cycle counts, inventory control, and continuous improvement initiativesÂ
- Partner with Operations, Production, Purchasing, Finance, Shipping, and Customer ServiceÂ
- Lead warehouse strategy, warehouse layout optimization, and material flow improvementsÂ
- Travel regularly to Phoenix and Louisville to support warehouse teams and ensure operational consistencyÂ

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone who enjoys building high-performing warehouse organizations—not simply maintaining them.
The ideal candidate has:
- Multi-site warehouse leadership experienceÂ
- Strong  ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred)Â
- Deep expertise in inventory management and materials flowÂ
- Experience  leading warehouse supervisors and managersÂ
- Manufacturing or production environment experienceÂ
- Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma experienceÂ
- Strong analytical and leadership skillsÂ
- A willingness to travel between our three facilities Â
