Napa Flats is a guest-focused dining destination known for exceptional food, warm hospitality, and memorable experiences. We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to grow our brand presence, drive traffic, and build strong community engagement for all three locations.
Position Summary
The Marketing Manager will lead all marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, social media, promotions, partnerships, and local outreach. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to increase guest visits, online engagement, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales
- Manage social media accounts, content calendar, and online reputation
- Plan and promote events, seasonal campaigns, and special offers
- Oversee email marketing, SMS campaigns, and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with chefs and management on menu launches and promotions, including menu design/formatting
- Track marketing performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and external vendors
- Build partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community groups
Qualifications
- 2+ years of marketing experience (restaurant or hospitality preferred)
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital ads, and content creation
- Experience with email marketing tools and analytics reporting
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work evenings or weekends for events as needed
