What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Superintendent, you’ll work alongside experienced leaders and gain hands-on experience supporting the homebuilding process from the ground up.

In this role, you will:

Help deliver a great customer experience throughout the build process
Learn and follow construction processes, procedures, and quality standards
Support Superintendents with daily jobsite activities
Maintain jobsite cleanliness and organization
Assist with inspecting work and ensuring quality standards are met

What You Bring

High School Diploma or GED (or Technical Degree in Construction) with 6 months–1 year of related experience
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (travel between communities required)
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
