JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Maintains department in a clean and orderly condition, disinfects equipment throughout and at the conclusion of the treatment day according to infection control policies and procedures
  • Provide direct/indirect client care to pediatric and adult clients under the direct on-site supervision of professional staff
  • Picks up equipment and supplies during treatment hours and at the end of treatment day
  • Collect accurate data on treatment activities
  • Encourage a team environment by providing assistance to any client as required or requested
  • Maintain client confidentiality and follow all HIPAA and company policies and procedures
  • Train new therapy technicians on job post functions
  • Maintain safety of clients and staff by following all cleaning policies and procedures
  • Upkeep of the maintenance binder
  • Supervise clients during breaks
  • Perform other duties as delegated, required or requested

Requirements

  • MUST BE BILINGUAL:  English/Spanish 
  • Full-time or part-time available 
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Maintain current CPR certification
  • Strong collaboration skills and motivation to work with people at all levels
  • Must be able to manage self by statistics and abide by conditions
  • Candidates must be willing and eager to work with adult and pediatric populations.
