Job Description

Skillbridge Academy is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Staff members to join our growing team in College Station, TX. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, maintaining an organized retail environment, and providing outstanding customer service. You will play an essential role in ensuring every customer has a welcoming and positive shopping experience while supporting daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with product inquiries and purchases.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing sales displays.
• Restock merchandise and monitor inventory levels.
• Assist with opening and closing store procedures.
• Support promotional campaigns and in-store merchandising initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain operational excellence.
• Ensure company standards for cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction are consistently met.
