We're looking for an Entry-Level Transportation Coordinator to join our growing team! Whether you're beginning your career or looking to transition into the exciting world of transportation and logistics, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll work closely with customers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure shipments are planned, tracked, and delivered successfully. Every day brings new challenges, opportunities to solve problems, and the chance to make a real impact.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate shipments from pickup through final delivery
  • Build strong relationships with customers, carriers, and warehouse partners
  • Schedule pickups and deliveries while ensuring deadlines are met
  • Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers
  • Verify inventory availability and coordinate equipment allocation
  • Enter shipment details accurately into company systems
  • Help resolve shipping delays, damages, or other transportation issues
  • Review shipping documentation and invoices for accuracy
  • Work with transportation providers to secure competitive rates
  • Manage multiple customer accounts while providing exceptional service
  • Take ownership of assigned projects from start to finish

What We're Looking For

Must be able to obtain TSA Certification.
