Monday-Friday | 4 Hours Per Day

Tripoint Residential is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaner to help maintain one of our community's common areas and model apartment. If you take pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces and enjoy working independently, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Community Clubhouse

• Clean glass, mirrors, and windows
• Wipe and sanitize all surfaces, including desks and fitness equipment
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Sweep and mop floors
• Remove cobwebs and maintain overall appearance
• Empty trash receptacles daily

Model Apartment

• Dust and wipe down all surfaces
• Clean and straighten furniture
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Ensure the model remains move-in ready for prospective residents

Stairwells & Hallways

• Vacuum and sweep stairways
• Clean glass surfaces
• Maintain assigned hallways on a rotating schedule, ensuring each area is cleaned      weekly

Laundry Rooms

• Wipe down washers, dryers, and other surfaces
• Sweep and mop floors
• Empty trash receptacles
• Clean laundry facilities on a rotating weekly schedule

Seasonal Duties

• Clean and maintain pool restroom facilities during the pool season

What We're Looking For

• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform light physical cleaning tasks
• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required
