We are searching for candidates that meet the required qualifications and experience and are able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities.

Job Summary:

Provide leadership and operational oversight for the college's enterprise applications and related technology services. Lead the teams, processes, and partnerships that support the implementation, optimization, governance, and ongoing success of enterprise technology solutions.

Partners closely with Technology Services leadership, functional departments, project teams, and vendors to ensure enterprise applications effectively support institutional priorities, business operations, and strategic objectives. This role is responsible for application delivery, support, governance, continuous improvement, and technology-enabled business transformation.

Required Qualifications:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise application teams in delivering high-quality technology solutions and services that support faculty, staff, and students.
  • Drive a culture of customer service, collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with Technology Services leadership and functional departments to identify process improvement opportunities and technology solutions that support institutional priorities.
  • Lead governance processes related to enterprise applications, including initiative intake, prioritization, evaluation, and implementation.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise application roadmaps and support the execution of strategic technology initiatives.
  • Direct the planning, implementation, enhancement, support, and lifecycle management of enterprise applications, integrations, reporting solutions, and related technologies.
  • Lead software implementations, upgrades, integrations, releases, and modernization efforts.
  • Ensure enterprise applications remain reliable, secure, scalable, and aligned with business requirements.
  • Establish and maintain standards, policies, procedures, and best practices for enterprise solutions and related services.
  • Monitor and evaluate application performance, utilization, and effectiveness, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee service delivery, operational support, testing, release management, change management, and quality assurance processes.
  • Partner with project managers, business analysts, and functional leaders to ensure successful delivery of enterprise initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with software vendors, implementation partners, consultants, and service providers.
  • Participate in contract evaluations, procurement activities, and vendor negotiations.
  • Develop budget recommendations and manage assigned budgets to ensure effective stewardship of technology investments.
  • Present recommendations, project updates, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives to leadership audiences.

Physical Demands, Working Conditions and Physical Effort

Sedentary Work – Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, a negligible amount of force frequently, and/or constantly having to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Work is primarily performed in an office environment with limited physical effort required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.

Seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience supporting enterprise applications, information systems, technology operations, or related disciplines.

Three (3) years of leadership experience with responsibility for personnel, enterprise technology functions, or major technology initiatives.

Experience leading enterprise application implementations, modernization efforts, or large-scale technology initiatives.

Preferred

Master's degree in a related field from an accredited institution.

Experience with Workday and enterprise ERP ecosystems.

Experience supporting complex enterprise application ecosystems, including ERP, Student Information Systems (SIS), CRM, reporting, and integration platforms.

Experience in higher education.

Experience leading enterprise applications, ERP, digital transformation, or modernization initiatives.

PMP, ITIL, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, or related professional certifications.
