Nomad Coatings is hiring an experienced Commercial Crew Foreman to lead production on commercial and industrial painting projects throughout DFW.

This is a leadership role. We are looking for someone who understands commercial standards, can manage crews, and takes ownership of jobsite execution from prep through final walkthrough.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 5+ years of hands-on painting experience (commercial required).
  • 2–3+ years in a foreman or crew leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of commercial coatings and prep standards.
  • Experience working in warehouses, offices, retail, or industrial spaces.
  • Ability to read and execute scope sheets and production plans.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass background checks (required for many DFW sites).
What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage a commercial painting crew on active job sites.
  • Execute scope of work accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate daily production with the Production Manager.
  • Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and OSHA compliance.
  • Manage timelines and crew productivity.
  • Communicate professionally with site superintendents and clients.
  • Train and develop apprentice and journeyman painters.
  • Ensure quality control before project handoff.
